JUTAKI LTD. guarantees that it provides the necessary authorization management, internal organizational and technical solutions in the course of its operation and in the operation of the administration system it uses.

JUTAKI LTD. keeps a record of possible data protection incidents and informs the persons affected by the incident, as well as the NAIH, of the high-risk incidents that arise.

 

JUTAKI LTD. records the materials received in paper form on a paper basis, and handles them in rooms designed and equipped in accordance with the criteria of record keeping, suitable for the safe storage of archival material.

 

Electronically stored data is stored using self-developed and third-party software and administration systems, provided with appropriate IT protection, and backups are used.

filing system’ means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;

‘controller’ means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;

 

(8)

processor’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

 

(9)

recipient’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing;

  1. Application for ERASMUS KA1 application and participation in training for teachers and staff

 

JUTAKI LTD. in cooperation with the Tempus Public Foundation, provides training at foreign institutions for the teachers and staff of educational institutions participating in the ERASMUS KA1 grant. During the cooperation, JUTAKI LTD. provides the application and training interface for the participating student teachers. JUTAKI LTD. after the applications, the students' data is transferred to the institution conducting the training in order to obtain certificates and provide accommodation (data transfer).

JUTAKI LTD. The teacher and staff handle the provided data for the purpose of applying for and participating in trainings/courses related to the ERASMUS KA1 application, as well as providing accommodation and transportation for students.
