Course description

One morning in the teachers’ lounge…

– “I’ve only got 5 lessons today, but it feels like I’m about to climb a mountain.”
– “I barely have energy left after classes. Sometimes I can’t even bring myself to talk when I get home.”

Sounds familiar? Teaching is not only intellectually but also emotionally exhausting. Constant demands, time pressure, and daily stress can slowly wear away your enthusiasm, leading to chronic fatigue and burnout. Under prolonged stress, your creativity and motivation decline, and personal relationships often take a backseat.

This 6-days training helps you step out of the hamster wheel. You'll receive just enough theory to support practical techniques that you can immediately integrate into your daily life.

During the course, you will learn techniques that:

The aim of this course:
