Course description
One morning in the teachers’ lounge…
– “I’ve only got 5 lessons today, but it feels like I’m about to climb a mountain.”
– “I barely have energy left after classes. Sometimes I can’t even bring myself to talk when I get home.”
Sounds familiar? Teaching is not only intellectually but also emotionally exhausting. Constant demands, time pressure, and daily stress can slowly wear away your enthusiasm, leading to chronic fatigue and burnout. Under prolonged stress, your creativity and motivation decline, and personal relationships often take a backseat.
This 7-day training helps you step out of the hamster wheel. You'll receive just enough theory to support practical techniques that you can immediately integrate into your daily life.
During the course, you will learn techniques that:
- Help you manage stress more effectively, reducing the number of tension-filled days
- Improve your energy balance so you finish the day with strength left
- Support a guilt-free work-life balance
- Preserve your passion for teaching while increasing motivation and creativity
- Enhance mindful communication, leading to more harmonious relationships with students and colleagues
- All this takes place in a beautiful international location – far from the daily grind, yet familiar and welcoming in English.
The aim of this course:
The main goal of the course is to help you return home feeling more energetic and balanced – and to preserve this state in your everyday life. This is not a typical teacher training. It’s an experience that revitalizes you not only professionally but personally as well.
Over the 7 days, you will:
- Understand the foundations of physical and mental wellbeing so you can start your days with more energy
- Learn practical stress management techniques to use right away
- Practice relaxation methods that help you stay calm even in high-pressure situations
- Maintain your mental freshness and emotional balance – even during the toughest periods
- Recharge within a supportive, inspiring community, sharing experiences and learning from others’ stories
Learning outcomes:
- Mental freshness and energetic weekdays – Imagine waking up energized on a Monday, without relying solely on coffee! With the right energy management tools, your everyday routine won’t drain you.
- Emotional balance – With effective stress management strategies, you’ll respond to challenges more calmly and constructively. Your relationships with students and colleagues will improve.
- Personal effectiveness and confidence – You'll learn to organize your days more mindfully, boosting both efficiency and self-confidence. This means more time for yourself and smoother workflow.
- Transferable knowledge – The techniques won’t only make your own life easier – you’ll be able to share them with your students, enriching your classroom environment.
